ERODED ELEGANCE (2023)

Nature is the greatest sculptor.

Eroded Elegance is a tribute to the patterns shaped by water, wind and time. Rather than imposing geometry onto nature, the sculpture reveals it. The perforated surface follows the quiet logic of natural erosion, allowing the Sakrosankt symbol to emerge as if it had always been hidden within the wood.

The work reflects the belief that order and beauty are not inventions of the human mind, but discoveries waiting to be uncovered.

WE ALL GONNA DIE (2023)

Inspired by a naturally weathered piece of found wood, this sculpture preserves the raw character already written into the material.

Rather than imposing a new form, the work reveals what was waiting beneath the surface. Every intervention follows the existing grain, cracks and movement of the wood.

A quiet reminder that everything is temporary—yet beauty often emerges through the traces of time.

Materials
Found hardwood, wood stain, oil finish.

Dimensions(estimated)
Approx. 110 × 30 × 20 cm

ORGANIKA (2022)

Carved from Costa Rican Nazareno hardwood, Organika marks an early exploration of the relationship between natural growth and geometric order.

The flowing form follows the organic movement of the wood, while hundreds of hand-drilled openings introduce a rhythmic pattern inspired by structures found throughout nature.

What begins as subtraction gradually becomes revelation—light, shadow and negative space transform the sculpture as the viewer moves around it.

Organika reflects the idea that pattern is not invented, but discovered.

Materials
Nazareno hardwood (Costa Rica).

Dimensions
62 × 23 × 23 cm

FREE FLOW (2023)

Carved from Costa Rican Cenízaro wood, Free Flow explores movement in its purest form. Rather than depicting a fixed object, the sculpture captures a continuous gesture—an uninterrupted flow emerging from within the material.

Its smooth, sweeping lines follow the natural grain of the wood, celebrating growth, balance and the quiet elegance found in nature.

Reduced to its essential form, the work invites the viewer to experience movement as a state of being rather than a direction.

Cenízaro wood (Costa Rica).

65 × 20 × 20 cm
