FROM DOTWORK TO LIGHTWORK
For more than twenty-five years I have worked as a professional tattoo artist specializing in geometric dotwork.
This practice trained my hand to execute thousands of precise, repetitive movements over many hours while maintaining complete consistency. That same discipline naturally evolved into my Lightworks.
In tattooing, black ink is inserted into skin to create an image.
In Photonic Pointillism, material is removed instead, allowing light to reveal the image from within.
Although the medium has changed, the principles remain identical: patience, endurance, rhythm, concentration and absolute precision.
Rather than abandoning one discipline, Lightworks became its natural continuation.
