PATTERNS OF ETERNITY
Patterns of Eternity is a collection of works exploring the relationship between sacred geometry, natural pattern formation, and human perception.
Drawing inspiration from reaction-diffusion systems and recurring structures found throughout nature, the series investigates the hidden order underlying biological growth, organic form, and symbolic expression.
Developed over decades of artistic exploration, the works reflect an ongoing study of the Sakrosankt symbol and the geometric principles embedded within it.
At its core, the series invites contemplation of the patterns that shape our world—revealing the profound interconnectedness between nature, consciousness, and form.
PALMA ALBA
Light passing through tropical palm leaves, revealing patterns of rhythm, shadow, and light.
An everyday presence in Costa Rica, often seen yet rarely observed.
This work captures the hidden geometry within organic forms.

DE REPENTE, SERPIENTE
The skin of a snake reveals pattern shaped through
growth, adaptation, and renewal.
A living structure marked by repetition and variation.
Across cultures, the snake symbolizes transformation —
the continuous process of becoming.
This work captures that process in light and pattern.

PURA BIOPHILIA
Spiral structures appear throughout nature,
revealing patterns of growth, movement, and flow.
Biophilia is our innate connection to living systems.
This work captures that relationship through light and pattern.

FORMA NATURALIS
Inspired by reaction–diffusion systems, the natural processes that generate patterns throughout the living world.
First described by Alan Turing in 1952, these systems demonstrate how complex structures can emerge from simple interactions without central control.
The patterns within this work follow the same principle — not designed, but generated through interaction.
Once recognized, they begin to appear everywhere: in animals, plants, landscapes, and the textures of nature itself.

ARCANA LUCIS
Inspired by the dorje, a ritual object in Tibetan Buddhism symbolizing clarity, focus, and indestructibility.
This form has accompanied me for many years — first as a drawing, later as a tattoo, and now as light.
At its center lies a reaction–diffusion pattern, a structure found throughout nature that gradually reveals itself through observation.
The composition draws attention inward, inviting stillness and concentration.

Light defines the structure and changes with distance and perspective.
FLORA MAGNETICA
Originally conceived as a tattoo design, this form was never realized on skin. Instead, it found its expression in light.
Created with the same discipline that defines tattooing — precision, endurance, and focus — it translates a practice from skin to surface.
Contained within a square, the composition draws attention inward toward a central point, balancing movement with structure.
Its dimensions follow a harmonic proportion based on the 7.23 cm Om wavelength, subtly informing the work's overall presence.

GAIA VENERANDA
Inspired by Tibetan mandalas, this piece guides attention toward a reaction–diffusion pattern at its center — a process found throughout nature.
Traditional geometry meets organic emergence, shifting the focus from symbol to living structure.
A visual meditation on order arising from within.
Light changes the work with every angle and distance.

FLORALIS SEPTEM
A floral interpretation of the seven-pointed star — a symbol of completion, continuity, and transformation.
The number seven appears throughout nature and human culture, recurring in cycles, structures, and systems that suggest wholeness and inner alignment.
Originally created as a physical assemblage, this form reappears here as light — not as repetition, but as transformation.
The structure remains. Only its substance changes.

SHAKTI'S SHIVA
Inspired by the concept of Shiva as the principle of structure, awareness, and stillness.
Shiva represents the silent field of consciousness — the stable axis around which movement unfolds.
Without Shakti, he remains potential. Without Shiva, energy has no direction.
This polarity is reflected in the composition: a defined square contains and stabilizes the form, while circular movement emerges within it.
A meditation on presence — not as action, but as the condition that makes action possible.

SHIVA'S SHAKTI
Inspired by Shakti, the feminine principle of energy, movement, and transformation.
Shakti is the dynamic force within form — the energy that animates structure and brings potential into expression.
In relation to Shiva, the principle of stillness and awareness, Shakti becomes the visible and active aspect of creation.
This polarity is reflected in the composition: circular forms suggest flow, expansion, and continuity, while the square provides stability and containment.
Neither exists without the other. Together they form a continuous process of creation, transformation, and renewal.
